A Real Working Cattle Ranch

The working cattle ranch will remain as it is today — with more than 300 head of Brangus cow-calf pairs — a resilient crossbreed between Angus and Brahman cattle.

This hybrid breed is particularly favored for Florida ranches, given its exceptional endurance in the face of heat, humidity, and insects.

Through the continued operations of the cattle ranch on the lands fronting SW Kanner and SW Bridge, the rural character and natural landscapes along those corridors will be preserved.
