Answers inquiries from around the world by e-mail, mail, phone and walk-in’s about everything from demographics to where they can do business, eat, stay overnight, recreate, rent anything from a car or truck to a horse to whether or not there is a circus coming soon.
 
Refers those making inquiries first to Member Businesses, then to Local Businesses, then to Martin County Businesses and finally to regional sources if required to fulfill the need for information.
 
Speaks on behalf of member businesses to various agencies representing the Village of Indiantown, the County Commission, the Martin County School Board and if needed to area Legislators and State agencies about local issues that require resolution.
 
Introduces new sponsors and programs of interest at each monthly Chamber Breakfast and Business After Hours events while providing an important networking environment for members and friends of the Chamber.
 
Keeps Chamber Members informed about issues of importance by regular e-mails and phone calls.
 
Encourages and assists potential new businesses to locate in the Western Martin County area both independently and in cooperation with the Business Development Board of Martin County.
 
Encourages Increased Tourism In Western Martin County both independently and in cooperation with the Martin County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
 
Maintains regular communication with government officials at all levels.
 
Maintains a working relationship with the Florida Chamber of Commerce and the US Chamber of Commerce in order to take advantage of programs they offer.
 
Plans, Organizes and Conducts Special Events throughout the year such as: The Annual Indiantown Rodeo at Timer Powers Park, The Growing up in Indiantown Scholarship Fundraising Gala, Special evening events at the Indiantown Marina, numerous Community Wide progrms and events throughout the year.
 
Provides assistance and publicity for events of members and friends of the Chamber.
